I stopped here to split up a long drive, and it was just what I needed for the price. My room was quiet and comfortable, with a firm bed that gave me one of my best hotel sleeps. The hotel is clean and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of large parking spaces. Housekeeping did a good job, and the reception team were friendly, especially Mr. Kareem (Day Shift) and Mr. Ashraf (Night Shift). Simple and just right. I’d recommend it and stay again next time.

I enjoyed my stay, and the rooms are very good. The location is convenient and the price is budget friendly. Mr. Kareem and Mr. Muhammad at reception were especially warm and helpful. They greeted me with a smile, often standing to welcome me, and spoke fluent English, which I don’t often come across in Saudi Arabia. There isn’t much choice at breakfast, and they could improve it with a full-time kitchen. The TV has only Arabic channels, all of them news. Adding cable with English-language channels would make staying in more enjoyable. An ironing service in the hotel would also be useful. I’d recommend this as a good option for people visiting Jeddah.

The location was good, the staff were nice, and my room was clean. The breakfast, though, was cheap and poor quality. The bathroom flooded easily during a shower, and there were no spare key cards, so I had to wait for a staff member to let me back into my room.

We had two rooms and two toilets in the suite, plus a comfortable sofa that converted into a bed for our third person. Traffic made it a little noisy at night.

He was kind, professional, and very attentive at reception. Kudos to him. I’d love to return soon.
