I spent three days here after my flight was cancelled. The room was clean and the staff were friendly, but we only got the one soap and shampoo that was already there, with no extras. Maybe that was because the airline was paying for our stay. Al hofof hotel has high-speed Wi-Fi, though the connection in the room is very weak. In the lobby, the speed is really good.
The furnishings and interior are good, and the staff are helpful. Accommodation is average-priced. Worth a visit.
I booked and paid on Booking.com, then found out at check-in that the hotel was closed for maintenance. Why wasn’t that updated on the online booking sites? A complete waste of time.
It’s a good property, but it isn’t well maintained and there aren’t enough staff.
The rooms and lobbies are luxurious, and the management is nice and very cooperative.
