I liked the rooms and the rest of the place, but asking a worker for the wifi password turned into a bad experience. I couldn't understand what he was saying, so I asked him to enter it himself. His behavior was poor, and I hope he faces consequences for it.
Terrible hotel. It wasn't clean, and the reception staff were rude.

The rooms themselves are nice, but the receptionist wouldn't rent one to us for three people. He said he could offer a lower price if we were leaving in the afternoon, and also asked for a 50 SAR deposit. This was my fourth time staying there. We'd returned exhausted from Umrah expecting a good stay, and this is how it ended. I've never encountered a hotel like this. I give it one star for the rooms, and absolutely don't recommend dealing with them.
We had to stay because every other hotel was full, but the price felt high for what we got. The bedding and cleanliness were awful. They didn't wash the colorful side mattresses we asked for, and the two blankets smelled as if someone had slept in them. The bathroom grout was black, and it looked like they only cleaned with water or cheap soap, not bleach or Flash. The pillows were tiny, and the large bed mattress seemed to have been washed a hundred light-years ago. After that much washing it was practically just a sheet. They'd already taken so much money, so I wish they'd put more care into the place. At this price, we got rubbish. If it were cheaper, we might have excused it as a budget stay. We didn't have the nerve to argue, but they should fear God in how they treat people.
