The room was comfortable and very clean, with the washroom, beds, and setup all well maintained. Staff were friendly and ready to help, and manager Islam was especially kind, professional, and cooperative. Everything went smoothly from arrival through checkout and was better than we expected. A really pleasant stay, and I'd recommend the hotel. Thanks to the whole team! Asiya

The staff were helpful and cooperative, and the rooms were kept clean and in good condition during my stay in Jeddah. I did notice a leak in the toilet cleaning hose, plus a slight cockroach-like smell in the shower water. Fixing those plumbing issues would make an already pleasant stay excellent.

Lots of shops nearby, large rooms, and the AC works very well. The staff are friendly too. For staying in Jeddah, this is the best place.
