The staff were very rude. The hotel is in a lovely spot, close to everything, and the price was very low.

There’s no parking, and the management is very poor. The AC didn’t work, the toilet needs attention, and the stove needs servicing because it could be a fire hazard. The furniture is old, stained, and heavily used, so it needs replacing or a deep clean. For the quality, the price is too high. Not worth staying here, and I won’t be back.

The prices were good and the staff were respectful, but the place needs more cleaning.

The room was fine to stay in, and both the staff and location were nice.

Umm Haitham made us feel so welcome, almost as if we were visiting her own home. Her cheerful manner and service were beyond words, and may God bless her abundantly. Booking and check-in were incredibly easy too. 🥀🥀🥀
