The location is the big plus, with lots of restaurants nearby, supermarkets with good deals, banks and all kinds of shops within walking distance. Mall of Arabia is about a 10-minute taxi ride from the apartment. The rooms are good, but the bathrooms need renovation and maintenance, and service, especially at the front desk, needs to get better.

The area is noisy, and the service was really bad. Sometimes the power went off and there was no water. They don't respect customers. Not good at all.
