Dancenter Harbour Gateway Jeddah Beach Vivid Plaza Hotel

The hotel itself is spacious and nice, which makes the lack of service even more disappointing. It felt empty, as if there were no staff around. I left my key with reception in the afternoon so they could clean the room, but it was untouched when I returned after midnight. Each time I called, I was told there was a shift change and nobody was there. The service is awful, and management seems asleep at the wheel.

I only stayed for about four hours, but the room and everything else seemed excellent. I’m from Mecca and came to Jeddah last Friday to visit my mother, may God protect her. She wasn’t there, so I found the nearest hotel and booked this one. Rayan Ateeq at the hotel was polite and good.

There seemed to be no management on site to address the problems. I waited an hour and a half, and while I was waiting, other guests were complaining about the air conditioning and health services. I had booked a room, but when I arrived, nobody received me and my money wasn’t refunded. The hotel is very bad in every way and doesn’t deserve even half a star. I hope they look into the deficiencies.
