Check-in and communication with The Mirage Hotel went smoothly, and it's conveniently located for exploring the area. My room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and it was fairly clean with no major hygiene issues. The bathroom, though, was outdated. It's a decent value for a short, no-frills stay with the essentials.

I stayed here last February. The hotel was new, clean, and well maintained, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The location wasn't the best, and it's not a luxury hotel, but I thought the experience was very good for the price and quality. I'd consider coming back.

Hana was a great help when we arrived at the Palette Luxury Mirage Hotel in Jeddah. Although we had paid for two rooms booked through Hotels.com, only one showed as confirmed in the hotel's system. Hana stayed with us and worked tirelessly with customer service until they sorted it out and accommodated us. She was knowledgeable and professional. Thank you, Hana, for your support. We had a very pleasant experience overall.

I stayed for just one day and needed to iron my clothes for Eid salah, but there was no ironing service until the next day. I also never received a bath towel, despite being told by the Bangladeshi housekeeping guy that one would be available at 10am. I asked reception, but neither service was available in the room I booked, even though both were included. I was very disappointed with my stay.
