Donatello Hotel Jeddah

We picked Donatello Hotel Jeddah for my brother's wedding, and the event arrangements were one of our best decisions. The hall was beautifully set up, everything was handled with care and professionalism, and the wedding went wonderfully. We stayed at the hotel too, and our rooms were clean, comfortable, and ready for us. The place has an elegant, modern, welcoming feel. The staff made the experience smooth, especially the receptionists. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, helpful, and supportive, and they treated us like family during such an important occasion. I highly recommend Donatello Hotel Jeddah for events and stays. Thanks to the whole team for making the wedding and our time there unforgettable.

My daughter's wedding ceremony was in brivan hall, and it was marvelous. Thanks to the team running the hall, especially Mr. Abdulmuniem. The hotel also has several banquet halls with different capacities and meeting rooms, and both the hotel and events management were excellent and easy to reach. It's a modern hotel with spacious single rooms and separate seating areas. The facilities were sparkling, there were lots of elevators, and the staff were very polite. Breakfast buffet was good, room service is available, and the reception is spacious and open 24 hours. Prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended.

The food service was horrible, and the staff's careless attitude in the restaurant was the deal breaker. The food had no taste and was served lukewarm. When we complained, the staff had a lot of attitude. We asked one staff member, whose name I won't give, to clear our plates after we finished, but he told us to change tables instead. They'd bring the food and leave without checking if we needed anything else. Forget about checking in, you won't see them again until you leave. This was with only three or four tables occupied.

Shakil in the F&B department was fantastic. He went out of his way to make sure customers were happy, and his professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail really stood out. Keep it up, Shakil!
