The staff were kind and helpful throughout, and the hotel made for a peaceful, excellent stay. Special thanks to (Mrs. Zekra, Mariem), (Mr. Yasser, Faisal and Saif) for their exceptional service. If I return to Jeddah, I’d happily stay here again.

After the long drive from Medina, we were glad to find spacious bedrooms and big beds where our family of six could get comfortable. We booked through agoda, choosing to pay at the hotel without needing a credit card. The price was very affordable. We picked this Jeddah hotel because it offered two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a living room. There’s plenty of parking at the front and side of the building, plus smoking areas beside the restaurant. The staff were all friendly and accommodating, especially Rajib. Good restaurants and malls are nearby, and it’s really close to Jeddah Fountain. I’d recommend it for big families and will definitely come back.

In the morning, we found a cockroach in the bed. We called reception, and they sent someone to handle it. Since we had two rooms, we moved to the other one, which meant we couldn’t use the larger room we’d booked. The option to switch rooms wasn’t offered that morning, but at checkout they said a room change was all they could offer and a partial refund wasn’t possible. I was very disappointed. The carpets were really dirty, and the prayer mat had burn holes.
