The rooms and corridors smelled bad, and breakfast was below standard. I booked two nights, but after one night I wanted to leave. The hotel wouldn’t refund me because my booking was non-refundable, so I checked out anyway and paid for another hotel for the second night. I wouldn’t recommend this place, especially for families.

Mr. Mohammed, the General Manager, made a big difference during my stay at Ewaa Express Hotel – Al Hamra. I had booked three nights but had to leave a day early for a personal reason. The hotel was clean from the lobby to the guest rooms, with modern room setup and welcoming staff. It felt comfortable and professional, which made the stay stress-free. The location near the Corniche and city center was convenient, the front desk team were friendly and helpful, and it was good value for money. I appreciated the professionalism throughout.

The breakfast buffet had a good mix of local and international dishes, and it was both varied and delicious. The restaurant also seemed very hygienic. My modern room was spotless, had all the essentials, and the bed was comfortable. Housekeeping kept it in great shape each day. There’s a well-equipped gym and fast Wi-Fi, and the inviting lobby works well for relaxing or casual meetings. Ewaa Express Hotel Al Hamra in Jeddah is conveniently placed in the Al Hamra district, near the Corniche, major attractions, and shopping areas. The staff were welcoming and professional throughout, from check-in onward, and the front desk team went out of their way to make things easy. With the comfort, service, and location, I’d recommend it for a business or leisure visit. I’ll return on my next trip.
