Ezz Hotel Apartments

I've never written a negative review before, but this was too much, and I hope it pushes them to make an effort and improve. We had to switch rooms three times. There were worms in some rooms, and they were treated the next day. Construction noise went on all night, and housekeeping was unpleasant. They said there was no Wi-Fi even though it was available. We also had too few towels, just one for three people, and no cutlery in the kitchenette. The hotel is in a deplorable state. The only good thing was the coffee.
