This is a block of furnished apartments, not a hotel.

Everything's broken and the place is dirty, so I can't recommend it.

I booked a room through a hotel booking website, but when I arrived, it wasn't a hotel anymore. The new building manager said it had become an apartment building for sale and told us we'd weren't the first to be scammed. He even had a phone number to call. Despite this, it was still listed as available for room rentals. Don't get scammed. Book an apartment in another hotel.

The water was cut off at night during our one-day stay, an experience I won't repeat, God willing. The building is very old and dilapidated, with dirty floors and old, unclean furniture and wallpaper. Don't be fooled by the pictures. 🙂
