Fanaya Hotel Jeddah

The terrace was beautiful, especially at sunset, with a peaceful, charming view. I also loved the elegant modern design and thoughtful décor, which made the hotel feel warm and welcoming. It was very clean, and the location near the Corniche was convenient and good for relaxing. The stay was pleasant overall, but service was disappointing. I was surprised to be told a coffee refill would cost extra, and my request for tissues wasn't handled even after I followed up. Housekeeping could be more responsive and hospitable. The hotel has a lot of potential, and with better service and guest care, it could offer an exceptional stay. I'd consider returning if those things improve.

The Cafe has a classy feel, and you can sit outside in the clean open air with classical Saudi Music. There's no Hookah. Great place, and I wish more Cafes in Jeddah were like this.

The hotel is new and quiet, and the waterfront is an easy walk away. The reception staff, Raghad and Jinan, were professional and efficient, and sorted out my late booking after I was shocked to find the waterfront hotels fully booked. Breakfast was below what I'd expected from the hotel.

The breakfast had a nice range of tasty options, and the room was roomy and clean. Staff were really helpful and friendly, too. The hotel is in a handy spot near everything, though it did feel a bit expensive. I’d still recommend it.
