Four Points by Sheraton Jeddah Corniche

Nur, Sunir, Shinas, Hari, the lovely Chefs, and the rest of the team made me feel cared for from the time we arrived. I can’t remember everybody’s names, but they were kind and professional, and kept making sure I was comfortable and felt special. They treated me like a princess. The service was excellent, the atmosphere was beautiful, and every interaction felt warm and respectful. That kind of hospitality is rare these days. I had a wonderful stay and will definitely return and recommend the hotel.

The hotel itself was excellent, and the staff clearly put a lot of effort into making guests comfortable. The location wasn’t bad, though it is a little apart from everything. Shahin Amir was especially kind and courteous as our waiter, and our room attendant, Dipendxa, kept the room spotless. The concierge and reception guys, including Rakib and Mohammed, were always friendly and ready to help with our questions and requests. Thanks to them for the warm hospitality and all their work.

The sea view gave the place a lovely feel, and the food was both good and varied. Staff kept track of our orders, told us about the timing before and after serving, and gave us a 15-minute reminder before the last order, so we had time to enjoy the restaurant comfortably. At the restaurant of Four Points by Sheraton Jeddah Corniche, Mr. Barber did a great job managing and organizing things. Mohammed Shinaz and the rest of the service team were welcoming and professional. It was a memorable mix of good food and warm, well-organized service. Thank you.

The room was lovely, with a very comfortable bed and a nice atmosphere, and we got a surprise upgrade after the receptionists welcomed me so warmly. The next day we had a delicious multinational buffet breakfast, including a counter where they made omelets to order. The team were so kind and did their best to make it a special stay.
