The staff were kind and polite, which we appreciated, but that was the only positive. For 600SAR for 2 rooms, 1 night, it was far too expensive for what we got. The hotel was noticeably dirty, with stains on the carpets, couches, and seating areas. A very strong diffuser smell filled the rooms and hallways and became overwhelming. The reception looks very nice, but the hotel itself doesn't. We were promised non-smoking rooms, yet both smelled strongly of cigarettes mixed with the diffuser. The beds were uncomfortable. The pillows were excessively thick, and I'm not a fussy sleeper. The mattresses felt worn and unstable, and we kept sliding toward the edges. Getting in and out by taxi was difficult because the road was blocked. The stay wasn't worth what we paid.

In my opinion, the place isn't good. The carpet in the room was poor and the lighting was bad. The hotel was unclean, the managers behaved badly and didn't know how to treat guests, and noise from upstairs made it hard to sleep.

The hall where people sit is beautiful, but the room was dirty and smelly, like it was for a pig. The carpets and sofas were all stained, impossible to look at, and it was unpleasant to stay there. Maybe they could repair things and freshen it up. The receptionist didn't know how to treat clients, didn't even say hello, and answered rudely when I asked her to print a document! 08/19/25

The staff were nice, and I got free cancellations with a refund. But the hotel wasn't clean, with dirty hallway carpets and cracked walls. Rain had left the elevator out of order, and the closed roads made it hard to reach the hotel.
