Mazen and Khalid were friendly and professional, and I’d definitely recommend the place. The room was clean, with several options: single, double, and Junior suite. Thanks for a memorable stay.

This was a horrible experience with a horrible person. I’d give this place and the person handling things minus five stars. I think he was Egyptian. He had no manners and couldn’t communicate in English. I’d confirmed by phone and message that I’d arrive late, at 11pm, but when I got there he said my apartment wasn’t vacant and offered no help. He said a three-bedroom apartment was available, so I made another booking. When I showed him the booking in the app, he said it wasn’t updated and wouldn’t provide the apartment. He kept my family waiting for 30 minutes while I showed him the booking, then still said he couldn’t give us the apartment.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean. It was well organized and had everything you might need, even little details. The furniture was excellent.

A good budget hotel where you can cook your own food.
