Itqan Hotel

The location is the one good thing here. This is an apartment, so don’t expect daily cleaning or fresh towels. I had to ask for both every day, and the desk clerk told me, “This is not a hotel, don’t expect us to clean every day.” For the price, having no cleaning or towel changes is ridiculous. I’d choose a cheaper hotel that cleans the room daily. I wouldn’t recommend this apartment, and I won’t return. The staff were rude too.

The front desk staff were absolutely disgusting and rude in the way they behaved.

The location is very accessible, nearly in the heart of Jeddah, and there’s plenty of parking around the hotel. The rooms are spacious and have the necessary utilities, plus free Wi-Fi for everyone, with speeds over 80mbps. The tuckshop or bar is kind of expensive, but there are shops all around, so you can choose what suits you. I paid the equivalent of $1300, or 5000 sar, for two rooms with attached bathrooms and a lounge for a month. Excellent deal.

The room had several lights that didn’t work, and the floors creaked. There was no tea or coffee, and the place is overpriced. The Bangladeshi receptionist behaved very badly. I was very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
