Kyona Hotel

After staying here for several weeks, I really can't recommend the service. There weren't any free towels, the Wi-Fi was free but far too slow, and the only parking option was along the roadside since they wouldn't let us park within the property. Cleaning and room service were poor, and the daily housekeeping involved being left waiting, sometimes twice. Around 6 am, I also saw two elderly people sleeping on the floor in the parking area. I know it's a business, but we should show compassion and treat people as guests and tourists. We live together in this world in peace and harmony. I would never come back to this hotel.

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, so getting around meant relying on rideshare services. The room itself was clean, but the shower pressure was extremely weak and there was no way to adjust the water temperature. Service was awful. Nobody cleaned the room or provided towels, and no one came when we asked for help. Mineral water and other essentials weren't replenished either, so whenever we came back, we had to call room service and wait about an hour. This was the worst hotel service I've ever experienced.

The rooms smelled bad, and the bathrooms were dirty and stinky. Even after we asked, nobody came to clean the room. The location was hard to find, and Google Maps took a long time to get us there. There was a lot of hammering noise. It made my child cry, and he couldn't sleep. One of my worst experiences.

It's a great value. The neighborhood isn't fancy, but the rooms are roomy, clean, and comfortable. Despite what some other reviewers say, you can walk to plenty of inexpensive places to eat and grocery stores in 5-10 minutes.
