My stay at Latin suits was a great experience, thanks to Aminul at the concierge. He was so friendly and helpful, and his service was the best. Thank you, Aminul, for taking such good care of me.

The staff were all kind, and Muhammad Abu Bakar was especially helpful, always ready to handle any request we had. The hotel is in a great location and the room was nice.

Three weeks later, I still haven't got my money back. I never even stayed at the hotel, but reception refused to refund me. Management has been no help either, just ignoring my requests and delaying things with excuses. The hotel itself is old and dirty, the rooms smell bad, and the reception staff were unhelpful.

The rooms smell awful and have insects. The whole place is very old and needs renovating. I wouldn't recommend staying here at all. Avoid it.

One of the best hotels I've stayed at for cleanliness and service. Thanks to Mr Amin and Ihab.
