The staff were very courteous, and they provided cooking pots and a microwave, which was a big help. I stayed in these apartments for one night and they covered all my requests. The bathroom looked dated, and there wasn't a TV in the room, but that didn't bother me since I arrived late and left early the next morning.
The rooms are nice and clean, and the prices are good. Service was amazing, especially from Mr Ibrahim masri, who was kind, respectful, supportive, and helpful.
Everything looked well organized and was very convenient. The front desk clerk was so friendly. Thank you.

I reached the hotel at 1pm, but there was no room ready and I was told to wait until 3pm. I'd booked through booking.com and had specifically asked to check in between 12-1pm because I was travelling from another city with my family. The property had confirmed that time the day before, then sent another confirmation that morning. If they couldn't promise an early check-in, they should have said it depended on availability, as professional hotels do. This was highly unprofessional.
