The city view from my room was great, and the ground-floor lobby was nice and very clean. Breakfast was adequate, the service staff were polite, and service was the best part of the executive lounge, though the lounge itself was marginal and not as nice as at many other hotels. The room was clean, but it had a stale, musty cigarette smell for my whole weeklong stay, even though smoking isn't allowed. I suspect someone may have smoked there before, or guests did anyway. It also never cooled below 23° despite lowering the thermostat and keeping the shades closed, leaving the room completely dark for days. The hotel was undergoing repairs, which affected my impression. A colleague staying there reported a similar experience. It could be much better, but significant renovations on the floors above ground level may be needed. I'd rate it at least three stars, but no higher at the moment.

I've stayed here more than five times. The staff are welcoming and very friendly, and the health club is fully equipped and well maintained. The rooms are spacious, with classic furniture, though the TVs could do with newer models.

I had to move rooms twice during my three-night stay, so I ended up in three rooms in three nights. The first toilet was very dirty. They kindly changed my room, but the next toilet was dirty too. Thankfully, the third room was clean. Basic cleaning seems to be missing, the infrastructure is very old, and the food isn't great. I definitely won't return or recommend this hotel to my work colleagues for business trips.

The rooms were really comfortable and spacious, though I can't find the room photo. Service was very good, and breakfast was nice, with different cuisines to suit different cultures. Awesome stay. Keep up the good work.

The location worked really well for my work visit to Jeddah, and breakfast and service were good. The room was spacious, though the whole place feels stuck in the 90s and could use an update for the price. I also got stuck in the elevators a few times, and at least two of them broke down while I was there.
