The manager and the woman at the front desk were really kind, and the location suited us. For the price, the room and location were reasonable. Still, the towels seemed unclean, which made me wonder about the cleanliness of other things too. Breakfast was disappointing: nothing seemed freshly made or stored properly. The milk and butter were warm, and the rest of the food was sitting at room temperature instead of being hot. We could also hear neighbors shouting and even laughing through the walls, which felt strange. I think the hotel could be better if these issues were fixed.

They only clean the room if you specifically request it, and breakfast choices are very limited, with cheap plastic cutlery. I also sent a piece of clothing to the laundry and they lost it. For two days they kept giving me stories before finally admitting it. Unbelievable.
