loren serviced Apartment Corniche

The loud doors were my main problem. There are no automatic closers, so doors in nearby rooms slammed hard whenever someone left. It woke me several times during the night, and the hotel should fit closers to improve the experience. Housekeeping also only cleaned when I asked. They cleaned thoroughly and brought fresh towels quickly, but turning on the room-cleaning switch while I was out didn't get the room cleaned. Still, I had a good four-night stay after Ramadan this year, and I'd gladly come back. The beds were very comfortable, with just the right firmness after we'd spent a long time sleeping on hard mattresses elsewhere. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the bathroom was spacious and clean. The main desk staff were professional and pleasant. When our first room smelled of cigarettes, they changed it within an hour, without any hassle or complaint. The location was excellent, about a five-minute walk from the nearest part of the Corniche. It was lovely to watch the waves hit the coast at night when it was cooler. Mr Basim Muhammad al-Fadhil, apologies if I have his name wrong, was especially friendly and helpful, and went out of his way to assist. He even gave me a lift to a nearby mosque for Friday prayers, saving me a walk in the extreme heat. I wish him all the best. He was one of the best parts of my stay.

A reasonably priced hotel for a short stay, though the rooms are a little small.

I had a great stay here and will book again.

I liked staying at this hotel. Wishing you all the best.
