I’d paid in full for a triple room, and the confirmation even showed an assigned room number. But when I arrived at check-in, they offered me a smaller room and then said the hotel was fully booked. I’ve been left waiting at reception for an hour now. The general manager doesn’t speak English, so communication is difficult. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The hotel is good value, around 20-25 minutes from the airport and just minutes from the UNESCO protected Balad district. It works well for business or leisure, and the hospital staff are warm and helpful.

The staff are friendly and easy to reach by phone, and the room is roomy with bright lighting. Breakfast has plenty of choices, including sweet sliced fruit.

I felt welcome as soon as I arrived, and the staff took care to make sure things went smoothly. Room service was quick and attentive, especially on the first floor, and they were ready to help with requests. The interior felt cozy and elegant, with the decor and cleanliness well looked after. Any needs I had were handled as soon as possible, which made the stay easy and enjoyable. I’d happily return and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, kind service, and a welcoming atmosphere.
