10/10
Restaurants and cafes are nearby, there’s a laundromat right beside the hotel, and the corniche is close too. The hotel is on a busy main street, so taxis are easy to find there. My room had plenty of space, with a cozy living room and a nice minimalist design. The kitchen had enough for cooking, and the amenities included a washing machine, drying rack, fridge, oven, kitchenware, and very fast Wi-Fi. The place has a comfortable, relaxing cottage feel that worked well for bringing family. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and there was a beautiful cockatoo and lovely fish. I had a very pleasant stay and will book here whenever I visit Jeddah. Highly recommended, 5/5.

The room was clean, and it stayed that way when I came back. I was there on a company tour, and the staff were very nice and helpful. The washing area and bathroom had no facilities, though, not even hand wash.

The price is really low, but the room was dirty, and the extra pillow I requested never arrived. The elevator gets stuck on the way down to the first floor. If that happens, you have to ride back up and take the stairs down.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is close to the main street and various establishments. Highly recommended.

After driving 1250km, I arrived and was told the price had doubled. When I said I’d already booked online, the receptionist said the administration had changed the price. It was a very bad experience.
