The Wi-Fi could use some improvement. Everything else was great: the hotel was very clean and the staff gave excellent service. Mr. Waleed was especially kind and friendly, always smiling and ready to help.

We had a confirmed reservation that was fully paid, but were told there were no rooms. After making a call, the Sudanese receptionist sent us to another branch in a different area, and we even had to pay for a taxi. The hotel there was in a bad area, with an uncomfortable bed and pillows, disgusting red stains on the sheets, terrible internet, and a TV that didn't work. The worst part was that the Sudanese receptionist told us we could return to the original hotel the next day, then completely denied saying that. It seems like guests are regularly booked into the main hotel and then moved to a lower quality one. A terrible experience. I absolutely don't recommend it.

Honestly, this place isn't worth it. It's the dirtiest hotel I've ever visited, awful and unsuitable, with worn out furniture that smells bad.
