Paradise Elite Hotel

For a short business stay, this worked well. It's in a common area, close to malls, shopping centers, and restaurants, and the hotel is clean. Mr. Mahmoud at reception was welcoming and had a great attitude. Breakfast was the one downside, with a limited selection of food and drinks.

We had a wonderful wedding celebration here yesterday. We were missing a few things on our end, but the team provided them to help, and their efforts meant a lot to my wife, me, and everyone with us. They also helped the event flow so well. The place is elegant and great, and everyone was nice and hospitable, especially the Manager Mr. Bahadur, who is a really nice guy. I can see us coming back for our next big celebration, and I'll recommend it to family and friends. Thank you so much to the Management!!

The location is the best part, and both the service and internet were good. I liked the breakfast, but it was almost identical for 10 days, around 99% the same, so it got repetitive. The room felt old even though it had been renovated. The elevator card only works for one lift, and reception doesn't tell guests about that. At night, my friend's AC cover blades fell down. He called reception, but nobody did anything.

Thank you, PEH Tahlia 👏🏼👌🏼. The room was spotless and seemed brand new, the air conditioning was breathtaking, and the breakfast was incredible. The lobby staff were extraordinary and the service excellent. The location was outstanding too.
