Platinum Suites Hotel Apartments

I stayed at Platinum hotel twice, and both visits were extremely disappointing because of the reception staff’s service. They were rude and provided very poor service. They cancel bookings at the last minute to get extra money from customers, so please be careful. They’re the rudest and most horrible staff I’ve ever seen in my life. Don’t stay here, or you’ll completely waste your money.

That huge living area was the best part for me, open and airy, with room to relax, eat, or sleep on the large sofa, which works easily as a bed. The staff were cooperative and could provide what you needed, from extra beds to basic essentials. The hotel feels like a comfortable home, not a cramped room, and it’s spacious, clean, and smells fresh, without that usual hotel odor. The rooms are big, the fridges work perfectly, and the ACs cool strongly. I loved the stunning view through the floor-to-ceiling glass windows and couldn’t stop looking outside. Platinum Seventy Hotel is also surrounded by everything you need. Food options and groceries for Indian and Pakistani guests are just steps away, and there’s direct access to a massive mall by a clear bridge on the hotel’s left. The sea isn’t far if you like the beach.

I had a Deluxe room last week. It was well kept and well lit, with decent linen and toiletry items. Service was good, the location fairly good, and breakfast at the buffet was satisfactory. The overall hotel stay in Jeddah was good. It misses some amenities such as a gym and swimming pool. They seem to have one, but it’s pretty small.

The rooms are just right, and the service is good too. It’s an ideal place to stay in a perfect location.
