I found the hotel peaceful and respectful, which made it easy to relax. The pool was clean and well looked after, and the child facilities were a nice addition for families as well as solo guests. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with housekeeping kept to a high standard. The reception team were particularly helpful with my questions and offered support whenever I needed it, helping make the stay comfortable and stress-free. Everyone I encountered was friendly, approachable, and professional. The Al Salamah location is convenient for restaurants and shops, and it’s easy to get around Jeddah from there. Primotel Elite Al Salamah offers good facilities and value for money. I’d gladly stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting Jeddah.

There was just one towel for a family of three, and the room was dirty. They don’t clean daily unless you ask at reception. The toilet has no exhaust fan, the curtains are damaged, and maintenance is very poor. The receptionist, a Saudi man wearing a cap, was rude and unhelpful. I wouldn’t recommend it for future visits.

The price felt too high for the hotel’s age and location. The neighborhood seemed a bit rundown, so I wouldn’t recommend it, and the furniture was rusty enough that we asked for a replacement. We stayed two nights and it wasn’t what we expected.

The hotel was very nice by my experience, and the staff worked really hard and brought a sense of happiness. There was also a hotel below, and the place was very beautiful.

It’s in a convenient, accessible area, and the amenities met my expectations. The place was clean and well maintained, with professional, respectful staff who gave fast, efficient service. I’d gladly stay again and highly recommend it.
