The staff were very good and friendly, which was the one positive. I can't recommend staying here, though: the rooms and corridors smelled strongly bad, especially with the air conditioning off, and breakfast was very poor and tasted bad.

Thanks to the night shift receptionist, brother. He was warm, friendly, and easy to approach with questions. I forgot to ask his name, but he deserves to be employee of the month. We'll definitely come back again and again.

The area and surroundings are nice, the hotel is clean, and the staff are good. Abdulrahman at reception was kind and helpful. There was good parking and good wifi too.

The reception and staff were so welcoming. I had an awesome three days there, and whenever I asked for something, they helped. They even pointed me to locations in the city when I was confused and couldn't find them. If I visit Jeddah again, I'll definitely stay here. I totally recommend it.
