I won’t stay at this hotel again. The restaurant staff weren’t welcoming, and they served a limited amount of food on my plate even though it was supposed to be a self-service buffet. They also pushed guests to finish eating quickly so they could clean the tables, an hour before closing.

The breakfast was delicious and had plenty of choices, and the reception team were nice and cooperative. Inside, the hotel looks as good as it does in the photos. The room was great, spacious, and had an elite design. I hadn’t expected this level of service at that price during peak season. I strongly recommend trying it, you won’t regret it.

Our team checked in around 4:30 am, and by 6:00 am we were told the buffet breakfast was ready. That was impressive, and the restaurant service was efficient. The rooms were very neat and the whole premises were well kept. A first-class hotel for my Jeddah stopover. Well done 👏👏👍 💯 ✅!

The rooms and service are top class, and the front office is doing a great job. I’d give the hotel 5 out of 5 for friendly customer support, and it has potential to become a 5star hotel in the future. The health club has a pool, sauna, steam room, gym, and a cute football pitch. They hadn’t provided a ball for me to play with yet, which was a bit disappointing. There’s also an arabic shisha setup. I feel they should pay more attention to the buffet and food.
