Ruve Jeddah Hotel

I've stayed in hotels around the world while traveling every few weeks, and this was my worst experience. The rooms were clean, which I appreciated, but they were outdated. The main issue was the lack of service and care from the front desk. It felt nonexistent, and the staff were highly incompetent. The gym was a mess, with very limited equipment and used towels left on the floor and bench. The AC didn't work. I complained at the front desk and asked them to get it serviced, but nothing happened. It was still broken the next day, and nobody checked on it. When I checked out, I asked for a printed bill or folio. They said they'd send it on WhatsApp, but it never arrived. I called the front desk multiple times, and three weeks later I still haven't received it. Each person I spoke with promised to handle it, then nothing happened. Extremely frustrating.

My first international trip was to visit my son in Jeddah, and I'll never forget this hotel. The whole experience was magnificent, and I'll be back. The breakfast and menu were wonderful, the cleaning was magnificent, and I want to thank all the staff for being so kind.

We had an incredible stay for four nights. The room was super clean, and the bukhoor smelled amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They even let us check out late so we could pray asr before our flight. Thank you!
