The host and staff were so kind and amazing, and I was very satisfied. These are some of the nicest furnished flats in Jeddah. I’d make this my first choice when visiting Jeddah.

The apartment itself is nice, but there are quite a few problems. There’s no secure parking, and sometimes there isn’t a space available. With no reception to help guests, you have to go out whenever you need something. Check-in is at 4 PM, and they won’t let you in even a minute sooner, even when there’s a vacancy. Check-out is 12 PM, so the rental works out to only 20 hours, not a full day. They also reduce the electricity bill without taking children into account.

I only gave two stars for the cleanliness. There’s no service, parking, or credibility. I arrived early to run errands, but cars blocked me in and I missed my appointments. They advertise a washing machine in every apartment, then told me only the premium apartments have one, even though I’d paid for the apartment on the website. At least there should be a reception desk to come back to if something goes wrong. Terrible service.
