The hotel charged a different price from the one shown on Booking.com, and the staff weren't pleasant. The washroom was poorly maintained: its bin hadn't been cleaned, and the door had no lock. The facilities listed on the platform weren't available.

My stay at Sama Park was one of my best. The rooms were spacious, with a clean, tidy bed, a new sofa, and clean toilets. The staff were both professional and friendly, especially Mr Ali at reception and Mr Mohamed in client service. Everything was just right, and I'd recommend the place. Five extra stars from me. Thanks.

We only stayed the first night because we were exhausted, then left the next day and canceled the remaining nights. The location is great, but the hotel was terrible. It was unclean and neglected, with a musty smell so strong we couldn't breathe. Even the furniture looked filthy, with cigarette marks. There were more than a few problems. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
