A nightmare. The apartment was extremely dirty, noisy, and poorly equipped, and cockroaches had infested the building, in every room. The air conditioner blows stones, and having it above the bed is really impractical. Honestly, I advise against staying here. I couldn't sleep and was traumatized by sharing the place with cockroaches.

For five days, my wife, our four kids, and I had to stay there in quarantine. Otherwise, I wouldn't have stayed even one full day. This was the worst hotel stay I've had since 1991. Alhamdu Lillah, I've never experienced a hotel this pathetic, and I pray to the Almighty that I never go through it again, Ameen. One thing I can acknowledge: Alhamdu Lillah, plenty of drinking water was available when requested.

The staff are nice and humble, and the location is a winner. Parking is still a hassle, though, even with basement parking. It can be hard to find a spot.

It's affordable and comfortable, and the staff are friendly. I just wish there were more parking spaces for guests.

At SAR 125 per day, it's reasonably priced and a good place. It's smaller than the competition, but it's cheaper too.
