The rooms were beautiful, the suites spacious, and breakfast delicious. The airlines put us up here along with lots of other passengers. Staff didn’t seem trained to handle so many arrivals at once, so it took a while, but they eventually managed to accommodate everyone.

The rooms at Citadines Al Salamah are large and clean, and the mattress is really comfortable. The reception team and restaurant staff are welcoming and happy to help, so you feel at home throughout your stay. I travel a lot and have seen many hotels, and I’d say this is one of the best in its category.

Zain was so helpful and wonderful during my stay, and I really appreciate her great service. The hotel also has a good location. I’d definitely recommend it.

The staff were extremely welcoming, and the shower had perfect water pressure. My room was clean and neat, and breakfast was simple but delicious. Having stayed in hotels all over the world, I can easily say this is the most complete one I’ve experienced. It was a great stay!

I stayed here many times and for a long time, including four months when it felt like home. It’s clean, centrally located, and the staff are nice. One thing to watch: the two buildings connect on the first floor. At check-in, make sure you get a room in the main building, or you’ll have a longer walk to your room.
