I visited Seafront Hotel in Jeddah on the morning of 27 November 2025, at about 7:30 AM. I greeted the receptionist politely with “Good morning,” but got a cold, dismissive response. I asked politely for a suite as a Ministry of Health employee and was told none were available, although the website showed availability. The receptionist called a colleague, who also spoke discourteously. When I asked for her name so I could file a review, she refused. I was very disappointed by the lack of respect, the availability information that seemed misleading, and the poor customer service. I hope management improves reception procedures, communication, and service for future guests.

The only good thing about this place is how close it is to the corniche. We stayed one night in the sea view suite, and the room was old and poorly maintained. The carpet was covered in stains, the wardrobe was broken, and the old dining tables were stained too. There was a sewer smell. Breakfast was very average, and for the price, what you get is disappointing. Never again.

The bathrooms were clogged and there were insects. You have to call at least three times before anyone answers. The kitchen was closed even though the paper said an open kitchen was included with the room. Poor service.

They let me check in very early and upgraded my room. It was like a presidential suite or something, with a kitchen, two full bathrooms, and one half bath. These guys are awesome, the service was superb. I highly recommend this place.

I went to the restaurant with a friend today at 11 o’clock. The beach view was excellent, but the service and buffet were only medium in choice and quality. I paid SAR 75 for the breakfast buffet, which was more or less okay. My friend only had a cappuccino and four cookies, but they said it cost the same, so I had to pay SAR 75 for that too. The total was SAR 150. I had to get cutlery myself from another table, and the cappuccino was below medium quality. There was also a power outage, and the waiter said it was because of the government, whatever that means. We don’t need to go there again, at least not us.
