We had everything we needed in the kitchen, including a microwave, kettle and clean fridge. The AC was already running when we arrived, so the room felt cool and comfortable straight away. Everything was super clean and neat, with the basics like an iron and hangers. Really enjoyed our cozy stay and would recommend it.

The receptionist gets the one star. The rest of the stay was bad. There was an unpleasant smell, and the humidity made our clothes smell bad too. The sofas were dirty and uncomfortable, and the garage under the building was so tight that getting out was a struggle. The microwave was rotten, the refrigerator stank, and there were dirty tissues in the drawers. Room service was slow. I'll never come back and wouldn't recommend it.

Inside, the hotel is beautiful, and my family and I enjoyed staying there. It has a cafe and massage service, plus chocolate, sodas and coffee.
