SHIRVAN Hotel City Yard Jeddah

I’d make the room technology easier to use, especially the button layout and controlling the TV with a phone. Otherwise, the place has spacious rooms, great facilities, and good service. The location is convenient, with lots of meal and coffee options nearby. There are two breakfast places to choose from, and both are great. Thanks to Abdulmajed at reception for making our trip nicer and arranging another booking so easily. I’ll book again.

We’re American visitors here for leisure, and we felt welcome. The staff all spoke English, though I wish I spoke Arabic. The hotel has lovely restaurants connected to it, set around a lively outdoor area that gets especially vibrant at night. Our room cleaner, Polsah, I think, was delightful. He was often around the hallway and helped us with extra water, towels, and advice on where to go. Beautiful hotel, great service. I’ll stay here again on my next visit.

Maya and Soroub at reception have made every visit feel like coming home, and Wasim from banqueting has helped make all our events successful. The staff are incredible, and the service is superb. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Thank you to the dynamic Shirvan team 👍👍👍

Abdulmajid made a real difference to my stay. He was welcoming from the moment I arrived, attentive, efficient, and positive throughout. He's one of the most considerate, respectful, and helpful reception officers I've dealt with. His genuine willingness to help reflects very well on the hotel. Thank you for such pleasant service.
