Sun Park Hotel Apartments

The hotel is nice, but I wish there were a refrigerator.

The service really stood out. Saeed and the other evening receptionist were incredibly friendly and helpful. My room was clean and cozy, and there’s free parking in the basement garage. The AC was the main problem. It blew straight across the bed and couldn’t be adjusted, so I had to choose between turning it off and getting too warm or leaving it on and risking getting sick, even at the lowest fan setting. Housekeeping cleaned each day, though they sometimes forgot a towel or fresh coffee and tea packets. Excellent service and a good room overall. I’d recommend the hotel. Thank you very much.

The staff were friendly and professional, always smiling and trying to help with our requests. Parking was reasonably available, too. The location worked well, close to major parts of the city and plenty of restaurants, and having albaik in the same building was a real bonus. The rooms are a good size with reasonable facilities, so it’s a nice place to stay.

The location was fantastic, close to all the amenities, and I really enjoyed the varied breakfast delivered to the room. The rooms were clean and spacious, though the washroom could use better lighting. The staff were accommodating and friendly. A special mention to receptionist Saeed, who was very pleasant, and the hardworking bell boy whose name I can’t remember, the one with his head covered. I’d definitely like to stay here again.
