Saleh was a wonderful host and upgraded our room to a suite. The hotel itself is okay, and its location is amazing. The Corniche is a 10-15 minute walk away, and you can also see the famous fountain go off from here.

The hotel was clean, smelled good, and felt nice and comfortable. It’s good value and convenient for guests, and housekeeping and the staff were friendly and pleasant, with a really authentic touch. My experience was outstanding. I’d definitely stay again 😊🙏🏻🙏🏻💜

When we stepped out for a walk, the staff locked our room from the outside while our luggage was still inside and our agreed time had not run out. That was stressful and completely unprofessional. I had paid 350 Riyals upfront after agreeing with staff that we would stay two days and check out at 8:00 PM, but at checkout they made me pay another 50 Riyals without a valid reason. The staff member on duty was rude and disrespectful. I feel cheated by the last-minute change to our terms, and hope the hotel looks into the extra charge and the way we were treated so other guests do not face the same thing.
