Swissotel Living Jeddah

The spa area didn't meet the standard for the high price, and that's why we booked this hotel. The jacuzzi was dirty and not ready to use, even after we told reception we wanted to use it. The pool bar was advertised as open but was closed, and massages were listed online as an extra service but weren't offered. Housekeeping also didn't clean our room in the morning until we requested it. We stayed for two nights and did enjoy the spacious, clean room, including the upgrade, plus the varied, good quality European and Asian breakfast and its attentive, friendly staff.

We spent four nights at Swissotel Living in Jedah after performing Umroh, traveling with my husband, son, and Mother. Mr Malki at the front desk kindly arranged an extra bed for her, which we really appreciated. The room was spacious, with brand new, complete kitchen appliances: a laundry machine, ironing set, kettle, espresso machine, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. We also loved the bedroom and living room, each furnished with a big TV screen. Breakfast each day was very nice, and the staff provided excellent service. Alhamdulillah.

The hotel was clean and well-maintained throughout, including the luggage service, valet, pool, Jacuzzi, and bathrooms. Younes was particularly helpful and always smiling. The staff made a strong impression from the start. Reception welcomed us warmly, and Walid Al-Maliki went out of his way to arrange early check-in after our long flight, which we really appreciated. It's easy to get around from here, with Al-Balad and the Corniche nearby and plenty of good restaurants around, so you don't really need a car. Uber was fantastic in this area and much cheaper than traditional taxis. The comfort and attention to detail made this a great place to relax. I had an outstanding stay at Swissôtel Living Jeddah and will definitely come back next time I'm in Jeddah. Highly recommended!

The shower drains clogged quickly, leaving water to spill onto the bathroom floor. Apart from that, we'd definitely stay again. We enjoyed the microwave, fridge, oven, and laundry, and dinner and coffee were just around the corner. When we found that our room wasn't what we'd expected, Maliki the duty manager and Yonis acted quickly, resolved the issues, and found us a room that exceeded our expectations. Thank you both. We really enjoyed our stay at the Swissotel Living in Jeddah!
