The Jeddah EDITION

Beautiful sea views and a great location made the stay special, though getting in can be a little complicated during events. The valet was always on time, and the staff were elegant, polite, attentive, and outstanding. Late check-out was appreciated, and everything was coordinated perfectly. The atmosphere and dress code give the place a sophisticated feel. Highly recommended.

The view and location were great, and a few people, including Mohamed Missam, treated us well. Those are the reasons I gave two stars. I brought my family for Iftar today expecting a good experience for what we paid, but that didn't happen. I had requested an outdoor table when booking, then on arrival was told there weren't enough tables to seat us. Why ask for seating preferences if they can't be accommodated? The food was very basic and didn't match a luxurious hotel, while the Restaurant Manager seemed lost and guests were complaining about the service.

The people are what made this stay stand out. From the security team at the entrance through bell staff, reception, housekeeping, and F&B, everyone greeted us warmly and seemed genuinely ready to help. They moved quickly when guests needed something, and their energy and professionalism lifted the whole experience. Thanks especially to Mohannad and Suhaib at the front desk, and Ahmed from F&B. Jeddah Edition also has a sleek, modern design that feels carefully done, and the location is handy for many of Jeddah’s main attractions. I've stayed at several hotels around the region, and this is among the best in the Kingdom. I'll definitely come back. Thank you to the whole Jeddah Edition team.

I mean the lobby cafe, not the hotel rooms. The outdoor seats are lovely, and the sticky date cake was good. Spring rolls were tasty and not oily, though they didn't come with the usual sweet and spicy sauce. The burger sliders were disappointing, more like plain kufta with no spices. And with the affogato, I wish they'd scooped the ice cream properly and filled the scoop.
