Mr. Abdulrahman at the front desk handled communication and billing smoothly, and the staff were warm, professional, and very well mannered. The rooms were sparkling clean and comfortable, and the rates were competitive for the amenities and service. The location also worked very well for me, near the airport and surrounded by local businesses, restaurants, and services. I had a delightful stay and would highly recommend it for the value, cleanliness, and service.

We spent two nights here and it was perfect. The hotel is neat, clean, and chic, and the Pakistani manager Mr. Abdul Rehman showed us extraordinary hospitality. Praise be to God, it felt like home. Highly recommended!

We booked this hotel because it was cheap, but the lack of cleanliness and basic amenities made the stay extremely disappointing. Our room was dirty, the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly, and there was a bad smell throughout the place. We had booked two single beds, but none were available, so my friend and I had to share one bed. It was very uncomfortable and awkward. There was no Wi-Fi, despite the booking listing it, and no room phone to call reception. When I asked for extra towels, I had to go to the front desk myself, and they said none were available. The staff were friendly, but that doesn’t make up for the poor hygiene and missing basics. It wasn’t worth it, even at a budget price. I wouldn’t stay again or recommend it to anyone who isn’t on a budget.
