Wow Boutique Hotel Jeddah

When our flight was cancelled, Saudi airline put us in the worst hotel. There were three of us, but they gave us a double bed and a thin mattress on the floor. In Room 301, the toilet flush didn't work and there were no towels in the bathroom.

My sister nama at reception was fast, friendly, and professional. She’s why I’d come back to this hotel.

I stayed there on 27-28/01/2025. The room was lovely, clean, spacious, and functional. Breakfast was nice and served in the room, but they had no coffee. We had to insist on getting tea bags, and they said they’d bring them with coffee. That was a lie. We later learned they simply had none.

The restaurant only had one meal available, but it was really delicious. The place was clean and tidy, with quick food and laundry service. It's easy to find and about 10-20 minutes from the airport, and the 24-hour reception and lack of booking or cancellation fees made it easy to decide on an overnight stay. They supplied two bottles of water with coffee and tea, but when I asked for towels I got only one. I couldn't get any more water because nobody was at the service desk to fetch it from outside, so I'm giving it four stars. Otherwise, it was a nice stay.
