Raju, the bell boy, was such a nice soul, really the cherry on top. The property is in an ideal spot and furnished very well. At reception, Mr. Muhammad was welcoming, kind, and helpful. The staff were professional and gave us the best hospitality we could expect. I highly recommend wow residence. It was the best experience.
When I was having trouble finding a hotel, the staff took me in for the day and made me feel at home. The front desk person was welcoming and more than cooperative. It's a clean, spacious, really nice place to stay. I highly recommend it.
Everything you need is within walking distance, and the hotel is in a superb spot in the middle of Al-Salamh. It was recently refurbished, very clean, and comfortable. We were there for just one night, and slept really well on the comfortable beds. The rooms were fantastic and clean. From the front counter to room service, everything about the stay was excellent. Highly recommended!
The room was great and just what we were looking for. The front desk service was excellent, and the guys handling the luggage were phenomenal, especially Raju!! I'll definitely stay again.
