There were cockroaches and bedbugs, and the hotel felt very dirty. The reception staff were not accommodating. When I first asked about staying for more than a week, she listed things I would need, including a washing machine. After I checked in and asked again, she bluntly said it wasn't available anymore and that she couldn't do anything about it. Check the rooms and the hotel's general condition and amenities before checking in.

Mr. Murad Bashoush and the service team deserve my thanks too. He's cheerful, dedicated, quick to respond, and always serves guests with a smile. Ms. Maryam Al Sahli also showed real courtesy, respect, and character at Rayana Al Oud Hotel in Sabya. The hotel has modest resources, but her conduct reflects well on it. People like her deserve every bit of praise and gratitude. Thank you for the excellent service and genuine professionalism.

I came away with a very bad impression. The doors don't use access cards, so the receptionist and another staff member control who can open a room. I've never seen that in another hotel or furnished apartment. The building itself is unremarkable, has no identifying sign, and Google Maps doesn't even show the right location.

I've stayed here whenever I travel. The place is well organized and clean, with a lovely design and great prices. Fantastic!
