Nice room, good service...

They treated us well, but the big bed they promised turned out to be a small metal one, which made the stay very uncomfortable. The WiFi was poor, and a cockroach greeted us in the bedroom. For such a bad experience, the price was too high.

Even after I had reserved in advance, they said there was no room and sent their guests to another hotel five minutes away. That was really upsetting.
