I was in my room within minutes because check-in was quick. From arrival, the staff were friendly and attentive. The room was spacious and comfortable, and it got absolutely pitch black at night, so sleeping was easy. The bed was too soft, though. A very pleasant stay, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere to stay.
Getting there was easy, and I liked the design and decorations. It was quiet, and check-in and checkout were both fast and simple. A few things need improvement: it felt overpriced, parking was limited, and the water trickled out slowly, which was irritating. Housekeeping and cleanliness could be better. There's no cafe or room service.
The room was spacious, clean, and newly built, with all the essentials apart from a washing machine. Reception staff spoke fluent English, and check-in felt like a 5-star hotel. Good value for money 👍🏻
A pleasant stay, with excellent room service, cleanliness, and amenities. I highly recommend this hotel 👍
The hotel was very good and clean, and the staff were cooperative. It's in a relaxing area, just 7 minutes from downtown Khamis mushait.
